Industrial Waste Water
Industrial waste water is water contaminated via a commercial process, this may include beverage manufacture, feedlots, abattoirs, Aquaculture, Landfill leachate, food manufacture etc. Often these sites have heavy particulates, pH issues, high TDS and high BOD/COD.
Industrial waste water covers a large range of issues and we bring a variety of technologies to this issue. Whether it is pH correction before water flows to a council sewer, recycling of water to use for wash-down, landfill leachate that’s needs to be recycled, we have the ability to meet your needs.
Testing
We can assist with NATA accredited 3rd party testing or general onsite testing. We can assist you to understand the reports and assist in compiling these reports for audits.
Asset Management & Reliability
We offer a range of services for asset management via the provision of maintenance strategies and life plans to enable physical asset reliable functional capability, eliminate failure risks and achieve business objectives.
Online Monitoring
For some customers they require us to monitor systems remotely, this can be done as an intermittent service on request to assist in fault finding, or it can be done on a regular service schedule or under an ongoing maintenance plan.
Online monitoring allows us to be able to view system performance remotely and guide Operators/Owners in problem solving. We can download trend data remotely providing advice to both Operators and Management limiting the ability for faults to occur. This can also reduce labour-hour’s onsite freeing up staff for other duties.
Sewer Mining
In drying times where water resources are scarce every drop counts. Sewer Mining means we can drop a treatment plant into a park, sports ground, subdivision etc. We can tap into a sewer mainline and extract sewage, then by treating to A Class effluent we can recycle into high grade product suitable for irrigation. This reduces the requirement for potable water, maintains parks, gardens and sporting facilities. This helps communities by maintaining open spaces, reduces loadings on existing sewerage plants.
Training/Labour Hire
We have trained many people to operate their plants. Under the ADWG or under QLD ERA release conditions Operators are often referred to as being required to be “Trained and Competent”. We can assist Operators / Owners to understand their plants and their responsibilities. However, if you or your Staff require further training we can assist with courses.
In conjunction with recognised training organisations we can offer a multitude of courses including Cert 3.
Successful outcomes in both water & sewage requires robust and diversified knowledge across a multitude of disciplines from general chemistry to biological interactions as well as overarching public policy & regulating framework underpinning community health & the environment.
Professional training is vital for success as it provides Operators and Management with confidence and helps drive collective understanding to minimise risk.
The flow on benefits to water quality & risk management allows correct implementation of maintenance and operational procedures.
